More complete franchises

• Franchises are now shown as a grid of tiles: your progress at a glance, and every card of the franchise when you click it.
• A franchise now gathers every game in its series, spin-offs included.

Fix

• False duplicates in the collection: a card owned in its regular version and in its Shiny or Golden version showed “×2”, like a duplicate. Each variant is a card of its own: the thumbnail now only counts the copies of the variant shown.
